I am considering a 4 BHK apartment here, although the 4050 square feet built up is quite large for just me. The project is under construction by Siddhi Buildcon and is scheduled for completion in August 2028. One thing that concerns me is the distance to the Vastral Gam Metro Station, which is over nearby. While Shalby Hospital and The South International School are conveniently located at nearby, daily commute might be an issue if I don't drive. The price of 1.3 Crore onwards is manageable, but I need to weigh the pros and cons carefully before deciding.
