The 840 square feet built-up size feels spacious enough for my family. The price point around 44.01 Lakh onwards was within our budget after some negotiation. I appreciate the inclusion of features like 24x7 water supply and robust security systems, including video door security. The upcoming electric vehicle hub nearby is also a forward-thinking addition. However, the construction is ongoing, so there's dust and noise from the site, which is expected. We are hoping the completion by July 2029 happens smoothly.
