    We recently bought a 2.5 BHK villa here at Shriram Santrupthi Villa. The built-up area is 8869 Sq.ft, which gives us plenty of space for our growing family. It is ready to move in which was a huge plus for us. The location in Valarpuram is developing and it’s relatively peaceful. We liked the idea of having our own villa. One small issue is that the roads within the community can be a bit dusty, especially during dry weather. Also, reaching the Thandalam- Perambakkam- Thakkolam Road takes nearby, which isn't too far but adds a little travel time to reach other parts of the city. Shriram Properties has a good track record.
