We are looking to move out of our rented place and bought a plot in Shriram Nature Park Phase 4. Shriram Developer Dhanori is the builder. It's located on Alandi Road, Charholi Budruk. We chose a plot around 1041 Sq.ft. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2025. They are providing essential services like internal roads, footpaths, and solid waste management. Having landscaping and tree planting included is a nice touch for the environment. The proximity to the Pune-Nashik National highway is good for weekend trips. My only worry is that the project is still under construction, so there will be some inconvenience like dust and noise for a while. The prices were not available, so we had to inquire separately.
