I purchased a 2 BHK at Shriram Codename Treasure Island, built up area of 1345 square feet, for approximately 57.16 Lakh. The key factor was the ready-to-move status and the amenities like the squash court and tennis court, which I enjoy using. The project by Shriram Properties is located in North Bangalore, offering good connectivity. The 3-floored clubhouse is impressive. My main concern is the dust from the ongoing development around the area, which I hope will settle down over time. However, the spacious properties and overall design are quite appealing for a comfortable living experience.

The price point around 55.46 Lakh was within my budget for a new purchase. It's ready to move which was a big plus for me as I didn't want to wait. The location in North Bangalore near Jalahalli seems promising for future growth. I visited the site multiple times and the construction quality looks decent. Parking is covered which is good. The location in Jalahalli, North Bangalore is convenient as it's close to Aveksha Hospital (0 KM), which is important for their well-being. The 2 BHK flats are around 1345 square feet, providing enough space for our growing family. Having a gated community with a swimming pool and a cricket pitch is also great for the children. The price range of 55.46 Lakh to 57.16 Lakh was acceptable for the amenities offered. It's ready to move in, so we can shift soon. The only minor issue is the traffic on the Bengaluru Tumkur Highway during peak hou, but that's common in Bengaluru.

The 2 BHK flat size is around 1305 square feet, which is a decent upgrade from our rental place. The price around 56 Lakh was manageable with our combined income. The only drawback is that the Dasarahalli Metro Station is about 3 kilometeaway, which might be a bit of a walk or require a short auto ride for daily commute using the metro.
