After a long career, I wanted a peaceful place to settle. Shriram 107 Southeast offered a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 698 square feet. The community is spread over 19 acres with ample open spaces, which is very calming. I appreciate the senior citizen siteout and the amphitheater for community events. The construction quality using MIVAN technology is reassuring. The lakeside promenades are a lovely place for my morning walks. The only slight issue is the distance from some essential services, although Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital is not too far. The overall atmosphere feels serene.

We were looking for something in South Bangalore for my parents and found Shriram 107 Southeast. It is a 19-acre gated community which sounded good. They have a gymnasium and a swimming pool which my parents will use. The apartment size we looked at was a 2 BHK with carpet area around 700 square feet, which is decent. My only concern is how often I can visit from oveeas. The location in Attibele is a bit far from the main city, but it's quieter which is good for them.
