I bought a 1 RK which is compact but sufficient for my needs. The open parking is convenient. Having 24X7 water supply is a basic necessity that they provide. The location in Indira Nagar is good, not too far from essential services. Shrinath DevelopeNashik has delivered a functional property. The construction seems solid for its price point.

  We chose Shrinath Samarth Heights because of its proximity to Nashik Cambridge School, which is nearby. We bought a 2 BHK flat, which is quite spacious at 678 square feet, perfect for our family. My only minor concern is that the open parking might get crowded if many residents have multiple vehicles. Otherwise, it's a good place for families.

  Shrinath Samarth Heights is in a decent location within Indira Nagar. We looked at a 1 RK unit which was around 326 square feet. It's close to the Mumbai-Nashik Expressway which helps for my business travel. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and landscaping are good. Parking is open, which is fine for one car but might be tight for more. Overall, it’s a practical place for someone starting out or looking for a small setup. The developer Shrinath DevelopeNashik seems to have focused on basic necessities. Hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.
