We chose a plot of 3919 Sq.ft, giving us plenty of space for our future house plans. The developer, Shrinath Realities, has included essential amenities like 24X7 water supply and power backup, which are crucial. Being close to Sii Road is a definite advantage for daily travel. However, the connectivity to the main Jagdamba Nagar Bus Stand, which is nearby, is a bit of a trek. We are also a little concerned about the lack of comprehensive fire sprinkler systems, although fire sprinkleare listed as an amenity, the implementation seems basic. Still, the overall package is decent for the price.
