    We just put down the payment for a 2 BHK at Shrinath Antarang. The built-up area for the 2 BHKs are between 819 and 1186 square feet, which seems quite spacious for us. It’s under construction right now, with completion expected in December 2027. The location in Nashik Road, Deolali Gaon is decent, not too far from the highway. Shrinath Realty seems to be focusing on good amenities like a gymnasium and jogging track. The video door phone security is also a nice touch for us. We are hoping the construction quality is as good as they promise. The price was in our budget, around 60 Lakhs for the configuration we picked. Fingecrossed it turns out well.

I am a bit worried about the construction progress though, as OC received is not available yet. We are hoping for timely delivery.
