We were looking for a ready to move place closer to work and found Shri Viola. The 2 BHK apartments here are quite spacious, ranging from 1019 to 1142 square feet built up. It was important for us to have amenities, and the swimming pool and children's play area were big plus points. The location in Kadagrahara, Stage 1 is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houtrying to get onto the main road. We got our apartment for around 38 lakh. The landscaping looks nice, and the 24/7 security provides good peace of mind. Shri Diya Projects Pvt Ltd seems to have delivered a decent product here. Overall, it meets our immediate needs.
