Dahan Academy is nearby, which is very convenient for the kids. We paid approximately 80 Lakh for our 3 BHK. The project by Shri Swami Samarth Construction is ready for occupancy. They have basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and closed car parking, which are essential for families. The area is generally peaceful, though construction dust from nearby sites can be a minor nuisance occasionally.
