Being a government employee, I was looking for something reliable and within budget, and Shri Samarth Classic Pride fit the bill, costing around 18.75 Lakhs. The amenities like street lighting and storm water drains are well-maintained. The Rajguru Nagar Bus Stop being nearby is very convenient for my daily travel to work. The only minor issue I've noticed is that the construction dust can be a bit much sometimes, especially on windy days, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a solid property for the price.
