The 4 BHK bungalow configuration is more than I need, but the 1203 Sq.ft option provides comfortable living. I appreciate the inclusion of landscaping and tree planting, which adds to the aesthetic appeal. The water conservation and RO water system are also thoughtful additions. While the project is still under construction with a June 2027 completion, the developer Shri Ram Buildeseems committed. The only drawback is the slightly limited public transport access, with the bus station being over 6 kilometeaway.
