The 2 BHK apartments offer a carpet area between 415 to 473 sq.ft. The location in Vayusena Nagar provides good connectivity to major roads like Ring Road and Hingna Road, both within nearby. Amenities like closed and open car parking, street lighting, and storm water drains are present. My main concern would be the lack of information on OC received, which is usually important for resale value and peace of mind. The carpet area sizes are standard for this segment.
