The hospital and school being so nearby are also very convenient. I appreciate the 24X7 water supply and the lift facility, especially as I live on a higher floor. My only small concern is the traffic noise sometimes, as it is quite close to the main road. However, for a single peon, the amenities offered are sufficient for a comfortable living experience.
