Getting a home close to good schools was our top priority. Nashik Cambridge School is literally nearby, which is amazing for our kids. We booked a 1 BHK here, which has a super builtup area of 635 sq.ft. It feels compact but functional for now. The project is under construction and set to finish in December 2026. Shrihari Life Spaces is handling the development. We did notice a lot of dust on site due to ongoing construction, which is expected but still a bit botheome. However, the proximity to the school and the price point, roughly 31.28 Lakhs, made us decide.
