It's 1100 square feet, which is a lot bigger than our current rental. The proximity to Podar World School, just a 4-minute drive, is perfect for our kids. We appreciate that the construction was completed by July 2016 and it was ready to move in. The developer, Shri Hari Develope, seems to have focused on basic amenities like internal roads. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. It's a decent upgrade for us.
