The villas offer a good carpet area, around 1613 sq.ft to 1772 sq.ft, suitable for families. The proximity to Vivaan Academy and Dr Parmar's Hospital is a significant advantage for residents. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and effective storm water drains are well-implemented. While the location is developing, the internal roads and footpaths are well-maintained. The community buildings offer a space for social interaction. The overall development feels solid.

    We needed a bigger place for the kids and found Shri Hari Radhe Kutir Phase 1. The 4 BHK villas are quite spacious, ouis 1700 sq.ft carpet area, which gives everyone enough room. Vivaan Academy is just a minute away, making school runs super easy. Dr Parmar's Hospital is also right there, which is a relief. The internal roads are well done and there's good landscaping. My only small issue is the traffic on the main road near Bhat can get a bit heavy during peak houOtherwise, the community buildings are a nice touch for gatherings.

    After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place with good amenities. Shri Hari Radhe Kutir Phase 1 offered exactly that. The villa is a comfortable 1650 sq.ft carpet area. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the street lighting. The sewage treatment plant and storm water drains show good planning by Shri Hari DevelopeGandhinagar. The nearby Mansa Bus Station is convenient for occasional travel. The only thing I find is that the surrounding area can get dusty sometimes, especially when there's construction work nearby. But overall, it's a calm neighborhood.

It’s a huge upgrade from our rental apartment. The location in Bhat is quite convenient, with the bus station just a minute away. The hospital and school being so close is also a big plus for us. We like the green spaces and tree planting around the project. The electrical meter room setup is organized. Our main concern would be the noise from the nearby highway, which can be audible sometimes, especially in the larger villas. But having ready-to-move-in homes was the priority.
