I finalized a 2 BHK apartment in Shri Eden Garden Apartment. The carpet area of 672 to 758 square feet is practical for my needs. The project's completion was in December 2019 and it's ready to move in. Having St Xavier's High School and Nandadeep Eye Hospital nearby, both at nearby distance, is very convenient. Shri Constructions has included necessary amenities like 24x7 water supply and fire fighting systems. The landscaping and tree plantation give it a pleasant look. My only concern is that the parking spots are closed car parking and can feel a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle.

After yeaof renting, we decided to buy our own place and settled on a 2.5 BHK at Shri Eden Garden Apartment. The location in Nagalapark, near Khanvilkar Petrol Pump, is convenient. We heard Shri Constructions builds well. The project is ready to move in, which was a big factor for us. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the rainwater harvesting system. The landscaped gardens provide a nice environment. One concern is the internal roads could be a bit wider, but overall it's a good step up from our rental flat. The community center is also a plus.

This makes school runs and any medical emergencies much easier. We liked the community hall and center for family functions. The swimming pool is also a nice bonus for the kids.
