As a young IT couple, location was our priority. Shri Balaji Elite 2 is close to New Baldwin International School, which is great for the future, and Ovum Hospitals is also very close. We bought a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of about 1070 sq.ft. It feels airy and the cross-ventilation is decent. The price was in our budget, around 50 Lakhs. The construction was completed by October 2021, and it is ready to move in, which suited us perfectly. The only downside is the parking situation; the closed car parking slots are a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, the amenities like 24x7 water supply and intercom are functional.
