It’s ready to move in, which was perfect for us as we didn't want to deal with the stress of ongoing construction. Getting the Occupancy Certificate (OC) was important for us to ensure everything was legally sound. The proximity to Nellai Nadar Matriculation Higher Secondary School, about 2 kilometeaway, is a massive benefit for our children. We also found the apartment layouts to be practical and well-ventilated. One small issue we've noticed is the noise from the nearby main road during certain hou, which can be a bit disruptive. We are hoping to get used to it.
