    Purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Shresth Anjaneya for my parents. The carpet area is around 635-646 Sq.ft, which should be comfortable for them. Shresth Enclave is developing the project, and it’s slated for completion in March 2028, so there’s still some time. The location in Behala, Vivekananda Park, is excellent as it's very close to BM Birla Heart Hospital | CK Birla Hospitals, which was a priority for me. They are including important amenities like 24X7 water supply and lifts, ensuring my parents have a hassle-free living experience. While the dust and noise from ongoing construction are noticeable, it’s temporary. The easy access to Mahatma Gandhi Road is also a plus for local transport.
