The apartment size is 890 square feet saleable area, which is enough for us. It was ready to move in, so we could shift immediately after purchase. Shreeyog Buildecompleted the project in 2013. The price of 28.48 Lakh onwards was within our budget. Having a lift is very convenient now. The landscaping and tree planting make the community look nice. My only slight worry is the lack of OC, but the property itself feels solid. Overall, it's a decent place for a quiet life.
