    This is my fit apartment purchase, and I chose Shreerang Apartment in Canada Corner. It was ready to move, which was a big plus. The 2 BHK configuration has a built-up area of 1260 Sq.ft, which feels adequate for now. I liked that it is a gated community with security guards and covered car parking. The nearby Kilbil St. Joseph’s High School is literally nearby, which is convenient, and the Shivam Eye Hospital is also right there. My only minor concern is that the developer, Raka Mali Builde& Associates, has not provided specific details on the OC received, which is a bit unsettling for a fit-time buyer. I am hoping everything is in order.

Having a power backup is essential for us, and they have that. The earthquake resistant structure gives us peace of mind. Raka Mali Builde& Associates also provided a service lift, which can be quite useful. The only downside is the noise from the nearby Canada Corner Bus Stop, especially during the day. Otherwise, it's a practical choice for families.
