After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place in Nashik. Shreeram Vastu offeready to move flats, which suited my need to settle in quickly. I purchased a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 543 Sq.ft. The project includes essential amenities like open parking and closed car parking, which is convenient. Landscaping and tree planting provide a nice environment. Water conservation and rain water harvesting are good initiatives by Shreeram Construction. The proximity to Nashik Cambridge School is notable, though not directly relevant to me now. My only minor issue is the noise from the main road, which can be a bit botheome sometimes, but it's manageable. Overall, it’s a comfortable living space.
