This project offe3 BHK flats with a carpet area of 1073 square feet. It's ready to move, which was a big factor for us. The address is Ambika Park, opposite Shymal Skylife, which is easy to find. The only thing is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road leading to the area, but once you are inside the project it's quiet. The develope, Shreenathji Builde, seem reliable.
