We opted for a 2 BHK flat, and the built-up area ranging from 950 to 1215 square feet offeample space. The amenities like the gymnasium and jogging track are perfect for staying active. Having Akshar Public School nearby is incredibly convenient for visiting grandchildren. The price range between 24.18 L and 40.8 L was within our budget. The only slight drawback is that the construction completion was back in 2012, so some areas might show minor wear.
