My rationale for investing here is the growing Sama Savli area and the fact that it's ready to move, which can attract good rental income quickly. Shreenath Group has included a Gazebo and a Terrace Garden, which are good for attracting tenants. The main downside is the lack of clear completion and OC received dates, which can be a concern for some investoI'm hopeful about the rental demand.

The children's play area is a big plus for the kids. The price for this size is 1.78 Crore, which was at the higher end of our budget but worth it for the space and location. Having 24/7 security with My Gate and CCTV gives us peace of mind. We are happy with the decision to move here.
