    We chose a plot at SHREEKARA VALEY LEY EY Y for a quieter retirement life. We bought a 1200 Sq.ft plot, which is a manageable size. The developer, Shreekara Infratructures, has focused on security with 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a gated community setup. The internal roads are well-constructed, and the landscaping with tree planting is a pleasant sight. The water supply is constant, which is a major plus. However, the dust from ongoing construction in the surrounding areas can be quite botheome at times. Also, the nearest hospital, Navachethana Hospital, is about 5 kilometeaway, which feels a bit distant in case of emergencies. The price for the plot was reasonable, around 70 Lakhs for our size. It’s a peaceful place overall, but these small issues need attention.

We got a 1200 Sq.ft plot. The developer, Shreekara Infratructures, has provided good amenities like 24x7 water supply and internal roads. The main concern for us is the connectivity to the city center. It takes a short distance reach the highway, and then another a short distance get to the main parts of Bengaluru. We hope the infrastructure around the area improves quickly. The price was within our budget for this size of plot. The gated community aspect gives us some peace of mind for safety.

The ready-to-move status was a big plus, although we are planning to build next year. The main drawback is the distance from the main city hubs; it’s quite far up in North Bangalore. Reaching work in the IT corridor will definitely take time. But the gated community aspect and the promise of a greener environment are appealing.

However, the nearest metro station, Nagasandra, is almost 16 kilometeaway, which makes commuting a bit challenging for now. We are hoping the public transport links improve over the next few yeaThe 24x7 CCTV surveillance is a good security feature.
