As a government employee, I look for stability and value. Shreeji Vandan in Akota seemed like a good option. We looked at the 3 BHK flats, which are about 1000 sq.ft built-up. The price range is between 17.51 Lakhs and 25.0 Lakhs. The project is ready to move in, having been completed back in November 2013. It's located just off Ambika Nagar Road, near the Axis Bank ATM. Akshar Public School is nearby, which is convenient for families. While the building itself seems fine, the OC received status is not available, which is something to consider.
