The carpet area is around 446 sq.ft for the configurations I considered. Being ready to move is a big advantage for investolooking to rent out property quickly. The surrounding area has basic amenities like schools nearby, which is always a positive indicator for rental demand. The project has standard amenities like car parking and landscaping. The main road access might require some navigation through internal lanes, which could be a slight drawback for tenants. However, I believe the price point, when I purchased, was competitive.

It felt quite spacious. The amenities like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and internal roads are good. My main concern is the proximity to the APMC Metro Station, which is over 16 kilometeaway. For daily commuting, relying solely on internal roads might be challenging if one needs to travel far. However, the proximity to PRAKASH HIGH SCHOOL at nearby is a definite plus for families. The developer, Shreeji Buildcon, has a reputation to uphold.

We purchased a flat in Shreeji Shivansh Square for my parents. The location in Daskroi, Bareja seemed peaceful which is what they wanted. They are getting older so the 24X7 water supply and lift were important factoIt is a gated community which adds a layer of security. The children's play area is nice for when my cousins visit. I'm hoping the solid waste management system works well as that can be an issue in some areas. It's ready to move which means they can shift in soon. I think the carpet area of 446 sq.ft for the smaller 2 BHK is sufficient for two people. Overall, it seems like a decent choice for them.
