We bought a 2 BHK which has a carpet area of 495 sq.ft; it’s quite spacious for our family. The ready-to-move aspect was important, although the completion is marked as March 2026. The developer, Shreeji Construction, seems to be focusing on basic needs with amenities like 24x7 security and lifts. The main challenge we foresee is the connectivity to wider parts of the city from Mandavi, as the immediate roads can be congested.
