We bought a 2 BHK here in Shreeji Devkrupa Greens Phase 2 for my parents. It is ready to move which was important. The location in Vinzol, Hathijan is convenient for them as it is close to SP Ring Road, just a minute away. My father also liked the Senior Citizen Siteout area they have. The flat size is 945 Sq.ft which is a decent size for two people. We are hoping the 24X7 water supply will be consistent. Overall, it seemed like a good purchase for them to live comfortably. The price was around 21 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for Ahmedabad.

I looked at the 3 BHK flats, with super builtup areas ranging from 1233 Sq.ft to 1665 Sq.ft. The price for these goes up to 37.13 Lakhs. It is a ready to move project. The developer, Shreeji Develope, seems reliable. They have provided amenities like a Children's Play Area and Indoor Games. However, I found the rooms in the 3 BHK to be a bit smaller than what I expected for the price. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential things that are covered.

After retirement, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Shreeji Devkrupa Greens Phase 2 offered a 2 BHK flat of 945 Sq.ft. The price was within my budget, around 21 Lakhs. I appreciated the Landscaping & Tree Planting, it makes the place look nice. Also, the Senior Citizen Siteout is a thoughtful amenity. It is a ready to move project. The proximity to Shalby Hospital, nearby, is very reassuring for my health needs. My only minor issue is the dust from the nearby construction and roads, which is common in Ahmedabad. The children's play area is also good for visiting grandchildren.

The location near Vinzol, Hathijan is a short distance Mahahi Sandipani School and close to Vastral Gam Metro Station. I booked a 2 BHK flat, which is 945 Sq.ft. The price was around 21 Lakhs. The project is ready to move. I liked the 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and the Gated Community aspect for safety. The only thing is the parking area looks a little tight, which might be an issue sometimes. Power backup is also available.
