We were looking for our fit home in Nashik and Shreeji Centrum Apartment caught our eye. Being ready to move was a big factor for us. We looked at a 1 BHK with a carpet area of about 480 Sq.ft, which is manageable for now. The Shreeji Group seems to have included a good number of amenities like recreation facilities and storm water drains. The area is developing, and it’s good that it’s near places like New Era English School. One slight worry is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight, especially if you have guests. But for the price point, it’s a decent deal.
