The price was around 42 Lakhs. Being ready to move in was a major factor for us. The Children's Play Area is perfect for my kids, and the jogging track is great for my morning routine. The Shree Yashashree Group seems to have built a solid property. One thing I noticed is that the finishing in some common areas could have been better, but it is not a major issue. It is located in Sharda Vihar, Nashik.
