The 1 BHK is 563 square feet, which feels just right for me. It's close to Velammal New Gen School, which is super convenient. The area seems peaceful enough. Has included rainwater harvesting which is good for the environment. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we expect that to settle down.
