I opted for a 3 BHK flat with a carpet area of 650 Sq.ft. The project being ready to move in made the transition much smoother. Shree Constructions Builder Developer & Contractoseems to have provided essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and storm water drains. The landscaping adds a green touch. Connectivity via Ajni Square Metro Station (2 km) is also a plus.

  I purchased a 3 BHK in Shree Vidaya Enclave for my parents who live in Nagpur. The carpet area is a comfortable 580 Sq.ft, suitable for them. Being ready to move in meant they could settle quickly. The project is in Laxmi Nagar, close to School of Schola(0.4 km) and the hospital (0.4 km), which are important for their daily needs and well-being. Shree Constructions Builder Developer & Contractohas included amenities like 24x7 water supply and landscaping. The overall construction quality seems good from the pictures and reports I received. I am confident they will be comfortable here.

  We finally upgraded from our rental place to a 3 BHK in Shree Vidaya Enclave. The space is much better now, with the largest carpet area being 679 Sq.ft. It feels great to own our home. The project by Shree Constructions Builder Developer & Contractois in Laxmi Nagar, which is a good neighborhood. We liked the fire fighting system and the 24x7 water supply provided. Being close to the hospital and school is very convenient for us. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the surroundings. We are happy with the move.

  I just moved into Shree Vidaya Enclave and it’s been a good experience so far. The 1 RK is compact but perfect for me. It’s ready to move in, which was a big plus as I didn't want to wait. The location in Laxmi Nagar is quite convenient, especially being close to Orange City Hospital & Research Institute, only nearby. Daily commute is manageable. The 24x7 water supply is definitely a relief. Landscaping looks nice when you enter the complex. Parking is adequate for my small car. Overall, it’s a decent place for a single peon starting out.

  I was looking for a property that offered good value, and Shree Vidaya Enclave seemed like a reasonable option. The 3 BHK flats have a decent carpet area, going up to 679 Sq.ft. The fact that it is ready to move in was very appealing. Having amenities like a sewage treatment plant and water conservation systems is important for modern living. The proximity to Ajni Square Metro Station, nearby, is a significant advantage for connectivity. My only minor concern is the dust from nearby construction, but that is expected in a developing area like Laxmi Nagar.

  We purchased a 3 BHK flat in Shree Vidaya Enclave about six months ago. The carpet area is good, ranging from 557 to 679 Sq.ft, which gives us enough space for the family. Being close to School of Schola(0.4 km) was a primary reason for choosing this project for our kids. The project was completed in March 2020, so it's well settled. Shree Constructions Builder Developer & Contractoseems reliable. One small issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it's manageable. The amenities like storm water drains and landscaping are well maintained.

  I bought a 3 BHK in Shree Vidaya Enclave, with a carpet area of around 670 Sq.ft. The project was completed in March 2020 and is ready to move. My business requires me to travel, so the proximity to Ajni Square Metro Station, which is nearby, is very useful. The Shree Constructions Builder Developer & Contractoprovided good amenities like closed car parking and a sewage treatment plant. The location in Laxmi Nagar is accessible. The only downside is that the 1 RK configuration has a very small carpet area of just 36 Sq.ft, which might not suit everyone.

The project is ready to move, so I could shift in immediately after purchase. Shree Constructions Builder Developer & Contractodelivered it by March 2020. The location in Laxmi Nagar is decent, and it's close to the metro station (2 km). I appreciate the 24x7 water supply. However, the parking space feels a bit limited if you have a larger vehicle, and the room sizes in the 3 BHK flats, while larger, might feel a bit cramped for some.
