Shree Constructions Builder Developer & Contractoseems to have provided essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and storm water drains. The landscaping adds a green touch. Connectivity via Ajni Square Metro Station (2 km) is also a plus.

I just moved into Shree Vidaya Enclave and it’s been a good experience so far. The 1 RK is compact but perfect for me. It’s ready to move in, which was a big plus as I didn't want to wait. The location in Laxmi Nagar is quite convenient, especially being close to Orange City Hospital & Research Institute, only nearby. Daily commute is manageable. The 24x7 water supply is definitely a relief. Landscaping looks nice when you enter the complex. Parking is adequate for my small car. Overall, it’s a decent place for a single peon starting out.

However, the parking space feels a bit limited if you have a larger vehicle, and the room sizes in the 3 BHK flats, while larger, might feel a bit cramped for some.
