I chose Shree Venkatesh Plaza because it's ready to move and close to essential places. Being a single woman, safety and convenience are paramount. The MSRTC Tarakpur Bus Stand is only a 6-minute drive away, which is great for commuting to work. The proximity to Shri Samarth Vidya Mandir, located nearby, is also a plus, even though I don't have children, it shows the area is established. The developer, Shree Venkatesh BuildeAnd Developer Dapodi, has provided a ready-to-occupy residential space. The main drawback is the parking situation; it feels a bit cramped, and I worry about finding a spot when friends visit. The roads around Savedi can also get busy, especially Pipeline Road.

I do wish there was a bit more green space around the building, but for the price, it is acceptable. We are looking forward to settling down here soon.

However, I have noticed quite a bit of dust from ongoing construction on nearby plots, which is a bit concerning for air quality. I hope that settles down soon. Overall, the location is ideal for my needs.
