Its proximity to the mall (5 KM) and the fact that it's still under construction, with completion in December 2026, means there's potential for appreciation. However, the road access could be better; it's not directly on the main Waghodia Road and requires navigating a smaller lane. The railway station is also quite far at nearby. I am looking forward to seeing the final construction quality.

Shree Vatsalya Homes is very conveniently located, with New Heaven School right next door, as well as Shree Vallabh Hospital and Savita Supepeciality Hospital being nearby. That's a huge relief. We looked at the 3 BHK configuration, which is around 713 Sq.ft, and it feels spacious enough for the family. The earthquake-resistant structure and fire fighting system are reassuring safety features. The jogging track and children's play area will be great for the kids. The only downside is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is expected since it's under construction until December 2026. We are hoping Shree Sainath DevelopeVadodara manages this well.
