This is my fit home purchase, a 2.5 BHK in Shree Vardhman Victoria. I was looking for something ready to move and found this project in Sector-70. The built-up area of 1300 to 1700 square feet for the 2.5 BHK is more than enough for me right now. I really liked the idea of a clubhouse with pools and a gym, and also the kid's pool for future use. The price was a bit of a stretch, around 1.7 crore, but the Shree Vardhman Group seems reliable. The location near SPR Road is also convenient for commuting. I am happy with my decision so far.

The 24x7 security is also a major comfort for us. However, the construction completion was back in 2013, and the OC received status is not available, which is a slight concern. The price of 2.3 crore for the 3 BHK is substantial, but the school proximity is a deal-maker.
