Dhankawadi is an developing area in Pune, and I believe rental demand will be good here. The project by Shree Kaamdhenu Buildcon is ready for possession, which is a plus for immediate rental income. However, the pricing for the 3 BHK units goes up to 1.51 Crore, which seems a bit steep for this locality compared to other projects.
