They also have 4 BHK penthouses for about 2200 Sq.ft, which looked massive. The prices are between 29.99 L and 64.99 L. We really liked the swimming pool, gym, and the jogging track – perfect for our lifestyle. Nyalkaran Group is building it, and it’s supposed to finish by December 2026. One small concern is the traffic getting to the main road from Sayajipura; it can get a bit busy during peak houOther than that, the project seems promising with good amenities.
