This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Shree Siddheshwar Highline by Nyalkaran Group. I was impressed by the range of amenities like the swimming pool, gymnasium, and the jogging track. The location in Gotri, Laxmipura is quite good, very close to main roads and schools. The 3 BHK flat size of 1255 Sq.ft is what I wanted. The price is around 77 Lakh, which was a bit stretched for me but manageable. The project is under construction and expected to be completed by December 2027. One thing that worried me a little was the parking situation; it's available but I hope it's sufficient for all residents. Overall, I feel good about my decision.

Nyalkaran Group has included a kids' pool and an amphitheater, which our children are very excited about. The location is fantastic, with Benjamin World School practically next door and HCG Cancer Hospital also very close. The project is under construction, with completion set for December 2027. The price of around 80 Lakh is at the higher end of our budget, but we felt the amenities and location justified it. The trimix concrete roads with streetlights and CCTV security are good features for a family. We are looking forward to moving in.
