As a business owner, I value convenience and location. Shree Shyam Nagar is located in Chachiyawas, Ajmer, and is ready to move. This meant I could start using the property without delay after its March 2024 completion. Being close to B R Shastri Hospital is a definite advantage. Amit Bhansali developed the project. My main issue is the limited parking space available within the complex, which can be a hassle if you have multiple vehicles or guests visiting frequently. Other than that, the overall structure looks solid and the location is strategically placed for future development. I am hoping the parking situation gets addressed or improved.

We needed a home in a place with good schools nearby for our children. Pragya Devi Public School is about a nearby drive, which is manageable. We chose Shree Shyam Nagar because it's ready to move in and we didn't want to wait for construction. The space seems adequate for our family needs. Amit Bhansali delivered the project by March 2024, which is good. My only concern is the traffic during peak houon the main road leading to Chachiyawas, it can get quite congested. We hope this improves over time. The nearby Dmart is also very convenient for grocery shopping.

I purchased a unit in Shree Shyam Nagar as an investment. The location in Chachiyawas, Ajmer, has potential for appreciation, especially with the B R Shastri Hospital nearby. It’s ready to move, meaning rental income can start immediately. Amit Bhansali is the developer, and they have a track record of completing projects. I bought it before the March 2024 completion. While the area is developing, access roads could be better. It’s not the most prime location right now, but the price point was attractive for an investment property. I'm looking at the long-term growth potential.

My parents are living in Ajmer and I wanted to buy them a comfortable place. Shree Shyam Nagar looked promising because it's ready to move, so they could shift in right after completion in March 2024. The proximity to B R Shastri Hospital is a huge relief for me, knowing they are close to good medical facilities. Amit Bhansali is the builder. My only worry is that the surrounding area might still be developing, and I hope there aren't too many issues with basic utilities or maintenance in the initial yeaI haven't seen the project myself, but my relatives visited and said it looked decent.

The only thing I noticed is that the roads around Chachiyawas can get a bit dusty during dry weather, especially with ongoing construction nearby. Overall, the proximity to work is the main selling point for me. It’s convenient and saves a lot of travel time.
