  We were looking for something ready to move in Vadodara and stumbled upon Shree Shukan Ananta in Karelibaug. The location felt convenient, especially being so close to Eugene Dwar, which is practically next door. My husband liked that VIROC Super specialty Orthopedic Hospital is also within walking distance, just in case. The flat we saw was decent, though the living area felt a little compact for our taste. Parking is a bit of a squeeze, which is a common problem in these older areas. We are still weighing our options, but Shree Jay Ambe Infra seems to have completed this project back in December 2019, which is good to know they finish their work. Overall, it’s a place to consider if location is your main priority.

This proximity to essential services is a strong positive. However, as an investment, the rental yield will depend heavily on the surrounding infrastructure development and demand, which appeamoderate currently. The access road to the main thoroughfare could be better, and traffic congestion is a potential issue during peak houParking space also appealimited, which might deter some potential tenants or residents. The overall build quality seems standard.

  As a single woman, safety and convenience are top priorities. Shree Shukan Ananta in Karelibaug, Vadodara, seemed promising because it is ready to move in. Being right next to Eugene Dwar is a unique advantage, and having VIROC Super specialty Orthopedic Hospital so close is reassuring. I looked at a couple of configurations, and while the bedrooms were adequate, the overall space felt a bit tight. The building itself looks well-maintained from the outside. My main concern is the dust and noise from the surrounding construction and traffic, which is quite noticeable during the day. However, the proximity to amenities is a big plus for daily life.

  Our main criteria was proximity to schools and hospitals for the kids. Shree Shukan Ananta in Kalyan Nagar, Karelibaug, seemed like a good fit. Eugene Dwar is literally zero kilometeaway, and the hospital is also right there, which gives us peace of mind. We need a place that is ready to move, and this project by Shree Jay Ambe Infra was completed in December 2019. The builder has a history of finishing projects, which is important for us. We are looking at a 2 BHK, and the layout seems practical for a small family. The only slight worry is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it is close to the main road. Otherwise, the connectivity to the Kala Ghoda Circle Bus Stop is also manageable at about 3.7 kilometefor occasional trips.
