We were looking for a plot in Vadodara and stumbled upon Shree Shubh Estate in Kelanpur. The area is developing nicely. We liked the flexibility of plot sizes available, from 1268 Sq.ft to 5237 Sq.ft. Shree Akshar Buildeseems to have a good reputation. The completion date is set for December 2028, which is a bit far, but we are in no rush. The main thing for us is the location, being so close to Kapurai Gam Bus Stop is helpful. We visited the site and saw the ongoing construction. It looks like a solid plan. Hopefully, the amenities will be good when they finish.

The location in Kelanpur is developing, and it's good that schools like Akshar Public School and Sanjivani Hospital are right there at nearby. This gives peace of mind. The project is under construction, with completion expected in December 2028. The main concern for me is the access road; it's a bit narrow for close to reach the main Rabari faliyu area. It can get dusty during construction.
