    Our kids' school, I. G. M. Senior Secondary School, is literally 0 kilometeaway, which was the main reason we chose Shree Salasar Residency. We bought a 3 BHK which has ample space, around 1035 square feet carpet area. It is ready to move so we could shift immediately. The proximity to NH-8 makes it easy to travel, but the road leading to the actual building can get a bit dusty during dry weather. The 24x7 water supply and fire sprinkleprovide good peace of mind. We found the carpet area for the 3 BHK quite comfortable for our family.

The 667 square feet 2 BHK has a decent carpet area and the location on NH-8 is convenient for my office commute. Having CK Birla Hospitals and I. G. M. Senior Secondary School so close is a big plus for us. Power backup is also a much-needed amenity in Jaipur. The only thing we noticed was the traffic noise from the highway, but we are getting used to it. Overall, the flat feels spacious enough for two people and the finishing seems good.
