We finally bought our fit home at Shree Sai Vasant Apartment in Manjari Budruk. It is a ready to move in flat, which was a big plus for us as we did not want to wait any longer. The 2 BHK flat we looked at had a built up area of 850 square feet. It seemed spacious enough for the two of us. The gated community aspect provides a sense of security, and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance is reassuring. We also liked that there is car parking available for residents. The location is decent, with The Orbis School just 2 kilometeaway, which will be useful when we decide to start a family. Overall, it felt like a good start.

The flat size is 850 square feet, which is comfortable for my needs. Having a lift is very convenient, especially at my age. The gated community provides a good level of security and privacy. I appreciated the 24x7 CCTV surveillance as well. The developer, Shree Sai Associtates, seems reliable. The only minor drawback is the traffic on the main road during peak houwhen trying to get to Pune Central railway station, which is about 14 kilometeaway. Otherwise, it’s a good place to live.
