We chose Shree Sai Residency mainly because of its proximity to St Francis High School, which is only nearby. This makes the daily commute for our children much easier. We got a 2 BHK flat which feels spacious enough for our family of four. The carpet area of 514 sq.ft is good. The project by Shree Sai Associates offebasic amenities that are functional, such as lifts and car parking. One thing we've noticed is that during the monsoon, there's a bit of waterlogging on the main approach road to the complex, which can be inconvenient. However, the overall environment inside the complex is peaceful, and the 24x7 security gives us peace of mind.
