It’s a short distance BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital and also very close to National Highway 8 and the Ring Road. I chose a 2 BHK apartment, which has a carpet area of 672 sq.ft, providing enough space for my needs. The project is ready to move in, which was a huge relief. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the internal roads. The surrounding area is developing well, and the developer, Shree Vinayaka Associates, seems reputable.

The location in Lalbaug, Manjalpur, is good, being a short distance National Highway 8, Padra Road, and the Ring Road. This makes daily commutes and travel very efficient. We also appreciate the safety features like the fire fighting system and the community hall for gatherings. The only slight drawback is that during peak hou, the traffic on the nearby main roads can be a bit heavy. However, the overall quality and amenities are satisfactory.

The best part is the proximity to essential places like My Apple School and BAPS Hospital, both are a short distance. I feel safe here with the 24-hour security and the lift facility. The community hall is also a nice addition. I was a bit worried about parking, but the closed car parking is quite convenient. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to live.

We bought a 2 BHK here in Shree Sai Aastha Residency. The carpet area is 672 sq.ft, which is decent enough for a small family. Location is the main draw, being a short distance National Highway 8 and the Ring Road makes commuting very easy. We are also happy with the 24x7 water supply. The construction looks solid. Shree Vinayaka Associates delivered on time. The only minor issue is that the internal roads within the society are a bit narrow, making it slightly tricky when two cameet. Otherwise, it’s a good purchase for us.

Shree Vinayaka Associates has provided good amenities like closed car parking and a fire fighting system, which are important for safety. The landscaping and tree planting make the area pleasant. Being a short distance Padra Road is also convenient for business travel. My only concern is the noise from nearby traffic during peak hou, as it's close to major roads. However, the ready-to-move-in status and good construction quality make it a worthwhile property.
